Outreach Director- Sarah Emery undertakes activities in the community on multiple levels- working with schools, community organisations and youth services to plan exciting arts projects that meet the individual needs of young people.
Integrated Major Project
Every year Shopfront has a major project that integrates the Shopfont ensemble with community groups and participants. As part of the 2009 production Superperfect, Shopfront's Outreach Director and artists from Righteye Creative will be running workshops in digital story telling creating superhero avatars and virtual comic-books. There will also be music workshops with DJ Michael Meem and Body Weather dance workshops with Victoria Hunt.

In order to deliver a wide reaching outreach program Shopfront partners with local organisations and artists to offer dynamic and cutting edge programs to meet the needs of local and regional young people aged 8-25
Past and present partners include .. YouthZone, EDYS, Bankstown Multicultural Youth Service, Backstop Family Support Service, Curious Works, Creative Links & GLYSSN (St George Youth Services), St George Migrant Resource Centre, Woniora Road School, Cronulla High, Kogarah Intensive English Centre and Kirinari Aboriginal Hostel.
