After receiving a scholarship which sent her to Japan for a year when she was 15, Jordan fell in love with Japan, its people and its customs. She has since lived in Osaka, Japan for four years.
Currently a full time student at the University of Technology Sydney, Jordan studies Media Arts & Production and International Studies, furthering her Japanese language skills in a creative media context.
Jordan entered the Superperfect project as a translator and interpreter for Shopfront and Nibroll hoping to bust through language barriers and cultural differences to aid in the facilitation of deeper dialogue between the two companies.
Jordan feels extremely privileged to be part of Superperfect - a project she believes to be a valuable collaborative project between Japanese and Australian youth, and she is excited to see both the young and old people have meaningful and inspiring influences on each others ideas and attitudes, as well as bonds between the respective arts scenes develop
