    My moment of failure:

Staying with my ex-girlfriend for three years when I knew I was gay. I wasn’t true to myself and I ended up hurting her a lot. I can’t believe I did that to someone.

    Perfect moment:

Singing American Pie with friends on a road trip and forgetting all the worries in my head.

    Perfect moment:

We’d done this board run quite a few times, It was a good bit of carving, good for a bit of speed but there were so many new skiers on the run. The chair lift didn’t reach the summit and there was no way up there but to walk. There was one track troden only a few times up to the top by other keen boarders, we decided you only live once, and the five seconds of pure powdery speed would be worth it. We started to treck up the mountain, it was cloudy but calm, and as you’d expect, cold. But the cold was no match for the energy i was using to drag my boot heavy legs and board through the deep steep powder. I was hot. not even half way and losing oxygen with every breath. two steps, stop. Two steps, stop. I was exerted to the point of needing to throw up, sweating, wishing someone would turn the fan on. But they didn’t, and i got there. Heaving in the cold thin air I wedged my board in to the snow, sat down and looked out over the amaizing Australian snowy mountain land scape. I could almost touch the clowds, I may as well have been on a clowd. chilling, getting ready for the ride of a life time, getting over the walk of a life time and being away from everything for just a few moments, prefect. Equally matched by the ride down.

    My moment of failure:

I was about 8 years old back then. I got a grow-a-frog kit from one of my friends for my birthday, which is on the 5th of Apirl. I sent the ticket attached inside the kit to the company and they sent me a tadpole. It was my first pet that I had ever owned, so I was very excited about taking good care of it. It got larger and started looking more like a frog as the seasons went by. Then winter came and the air started getting chilly. I was afraid the tadpole was feeling a bit cold, so I put the tank right next to the heater, which turned out to be a huge mistake. The next time I saw it, the tadpole was floating on the surface of the water belly up. I cried and cried till I could’t cry any more.

If I could have any superhero power in the world it would be the power of invisibility – i’d love to know what people really think about me behind my back!

When people show respect and consideration… That is perfect for me…
