Shopfront is a co-operative, owned by it’s members. All Young People who engage with Shopfront for one hour automatically become a Shopfront Member.
Our organisation is governed by our members.
We are committed to enabling and empowering Youth Leadership in every part of the organisation - through our Young Leader core position, to members on our Board of Directors and with our five paid advisory panels.
Shopfront’s Advisory Panels keep our organisation honest, accountable, youth-led and accessible. They were first established in 2022 and are an important part of our organisation.
